Are returns always accepted?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are undamaged and in their original packaging. Since we will soon be closing our workshop permanently, we ask that you please contact our customer service team before sending a return so that we can guide you through the process.

Will you restock after the sale?

No, this is our final clearance sale. After 37 years dedicated to the art of stained glass, Sophia will be closing her studio for good in 2026. Once our stock is sold out, each piece will become a one-of-a-kind creation.
